                CONSULTING PROCESS:

              SOLIX is a branded service for Software Process Management

                Consultancy. Our process experts have years of experience   helping

                clients achieved lasting results through process   improvement. Before

                meeting the   requirements of the client,   the consultant must go through

              several rounds of   interviews, where they are thoroughly scanned.

              TECHNICAL INTERVIEW:

              the candidates are interviewed by the Technical Managers who are

              technically   qualified in the respective skill. This includes oral and practical

              tests.

              INTERPERSONNEL COMMUNICATIONAL INTERVIEW:

              we make sure the consultants are suited to the local market and also

              that they   understand the local language, culture and   system. Also, our

              offshore training   centre helps the   consultant to understand better about the

              local culture.

              BACK GROUND VERIFICATION:

              all references is thoroughly verified and we make sure we are giving the

              right   consultant to the client.

            TELEPHONE INTERVIEW:

            all the offshore consultants can be interviewed through phone   which makes the

            cost of the interview lowland yet has the   feeling of one-to-one personal

            interviews. All the costs of   the interview will be borne by SOLIX.

            PERIOD OF SERVICE:  

            Generally, we undertake two types of contracts: Short-term   and Long-term.

            One month and lesser is considered as short- term. For this, we charge on a man-

            day basis. Six months to one year is considered as Long term. This long term

            contract   is also extendable with mutual agreement. Also, we make sure

          the consultant stays until the end of the project.

          BENIFITS OF CONSULTANCY:

          although the consultant works on a contract basis, our   benefits depending on

          the nature of the project.
